We Listen!

Two impor­tant cor­ner­stones of our suc­cess are the abil­ity to solve the tough­est prob­lems and our strong desire to form long-term part­ner­ships with our clients. An impor­tant tool we use is a thor­ough needs analy­sis, both for prospec­tive cus­tomers and cur­rent customers.

Prospec­tive cus­tomers: Very often the first thing we do with a new prospect is an in-depth exam­i­na­tion and analy­sis of how they are cur­rently han­dling their deliv­ery needs. We look for prob­lems and brain­storm solu­tions. We match our prospect’s needs with our resources to pro­duce a pro­posal that addresses the most effi­cient and cost effec­tive solu­tion. It is very effec­tive and it is free.

Cur­rent cus­tomers: Our cus­tomers’ needs change as do our own resources. That is why we offer our cus­tomers the oppor­tu­nity to sit down on a quar­terly, semi-annual, annual or on an as needed basis. We review the imme­di­ate past and look ahead to the future. We look for bet­ter ways and means to serve, reduce costs and antic­i­pate future changes. This will­ing­ness to work together has cemented many long– term rela­tion­ships that are almost unheard of in the courier/delivery business.
